Breakfast is served in our bright restful dining-room with panoramic views of green fields and sometimes a surprise visit from grazing cows, Peggy our family pony, wild hares and a "sneaky fox".

• Full Irish Breakfast.
• Scrambled or Poached Eggs served with grilled tomatoes and toast.

• Oatmeal Porridge served with honey and whiskey. (Whiskey optional)
• Selection of cheese served with homemade chutney.

Breakfast is served with Josephine's Homemade Brown bread, Homemade Chutney and Gooseberry sauce (recipe handed down from great grandparents) Home preserves. White bread and Toast on request. Percolated Coffee. Tea. Herbal and decaffeinated tea/coffee available.
