Directons to Doolin from Dublin. Allow 3.5 to 5hrs driving time 1/ Get onto the M50 and head for the N7 southbound, you will be heading south on the N7 as far as Limerick. 2/ In Limerick follow the signs for Shannon airport or Ennis. 3/ Take the N18 from Limerick to Ennis. 4/ Take the N85 from Ennis to Ennistymon via Inagh. 5/ Drive staright through Ennistymon towards Lisdoonvarna on the N67. 6/ At the 4th crossroads turn left onto the R478. This road will bring you to Doolin and the Cliffs of Moher. 7/ After about 2-3 miles you come to a cross roads and a Gas Station. 8/ Turn right down the hill towards the sea. 9/ At the crossroads at the bottom of the hill turn left following the signs for Doolin pier and Horseshoe House. 10/After quarter of a mile you will see Horseshoe House on your right. Directions From Shannon Airport. Allow 1 to 1.5 hrs driving time 1/ Take the N18 from Shannon to Ennis. 2/ Take the N85 from Ennis to Ennistymon via Inagh 3/ Drive staright through Ennistymon towards Lisdoonvarna on the N67. 4/ At the 4th crossroads turn left onto the R478. This road will bring you to Doolin and the Cliffs of Moher. 5/After about 2-3 miles you come to a cross roads and a Gas Station. 6/ Turn right down the hill towards the sea. 7/ At the crossroads at the bottom of the hill turn left following the signs for Doolin pier 8/ After quarter of a mile you will see Horseshoe House on your right. Directions from Galway. Allow 1.5 hrs driving time 1/ Take the N18 out of Galway, and turn right in the village of Kilcolgan on to the N67. 2/ Stay on the N67 as far as Ballyvaughan. 3/ In Ballyvaughan turn right and follow the coast road from Ballyvaughan, after 10 miles or so eventually turning right towards Doolin. 4/ Stay on this road and you will eventually pass a church on your left. A mile after the church you will see Horseshoe House on your right. Directions From Limerick. Directions From Kerry Allow 1.5 hrs driving time (from Kilimer) 1/ Get the car ferry from Tarbart (in Kerry) to Kilimer (in Clare) 2/ Get off the ferry and take the N67 to Kilrush, turning onto the R483 heading for Miltown Malbay and Lahinch. 3/ Drive through Lahinch and turn left onto the R478 and stay on this road passing through Liscannor and passing by the Cliffs of Moher. 4/ About 2-3 miles after the cliffs you come to a cross roads and a Gas Station. Turn left down the hill towards the sea. 5/ At the crossroads at the bottom of the hill turn left following the signs for Horseshoe House Doolin pier 6/ After quarter of a mile you will see Horseshoe House on your right. |
